"No More Church As Usual...It's Time to Discover the Kingdom!"

Apostle/Teacher Michael K. Watson, Sr.

Apostle Michael K. Watson, Sr. was born in Chicago, IL and relocated to the Hampton Roads area by his service in the U.S. Navy as a corpsman for eleven (11) years. It was during his time in the Navy that he came to accept Christ as his personal Savior and was informed prophetically that he was called as a Pastor. Before this appointed time came, he served faithfully in the positions of Deacon and Minister and was so devoted to the Lord and his former ministry that he never missed a Sunday service in six years.

Along with his wife, Pastor Rachael N. Watson, he established Word & Spirit Worship Center, Inc. in May 2004 as directed by the Lord and walking in the manner of a true Apostle, turned the day-to-day leadership responsibilities over to her.

In this act of obedience, Apostle Watson freed himself up to walk fully in his call, to establish other churches and ministries that may go forth and advance the Kingdom of God.

Though Apostle Watson is called to establish churches and ministries, his heart's passion is to teach. Extremely knowledgeable, he desires to share information in an effort to help people develop a greater walk with God. In that passion, the Lord has instructed him to establish a school of ministry called, 2nd Timothy 2:15 School of Ministry

He and his wife are proud parents of five children: Jason, Michael, Trinity, Tre and Mikayla.
