Matthew 5:13, "Ye are the Salt of the Earth, but if the Salt Loses it's savor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out and to be trodden under foot of men."

God unveiled a new Evangelism Initiative within WSWC called, "Salt of the Earth". The mission of this initiative is to Make God Famous in the Earth.  The Kingdom of God is the Governing Influence of God.  To Seek the Kingdom of God in essence means to strive to Display or Manifest His Governing Influence in the earth...that should be every Believer's primary objective in life. This is not to be a ministry within WSWC that will have optional participation as ministries within the church go, but this is an initiative of WSWC, meaning that this is what we do and who we are as His Ambassadors, so the entire church body is to develop these practices as a part of their daily life.

 He implemented three components of the Initiative:

• Project "Manifest the Kingdom"
• Intercessory Prayer
• Projecr "Light the World"

PROJECT "MANIFEST THE KINGDOM"

The Time of Manifestation and Demonstration

There is a shifting from a season of Instruction to now the Time for Manifestation and Demonstration of that which we have been taught.  We've been conferenced out and received enough teaching to last a lifetime...it's now time to put some legs to that which we've heard and learned. 

John the Baptist was a voice crying in the wilderness and this is an evangelism model that many have patterned after through the years.  Jesus too began His ministry preaching, "Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is nigh".  Often times, Jesus used methods of touching people where they were in order to open a door to provide an introduction to the Kingdom of God.  He did this either through conversation with them as He did with the Woman at the Well, He did this through healings, deliverance from demons, etc.

In Genesis 6:13, God tells Noah that the end of all flesh has come before Him because the earth is filled with violence through them and that He is about to destroy them.  His original mandate for mankind outlined in Genesis 1:28, to Be Fruitful, Multiply and Replenish the Earth with those made in His Image and His Likeness (His nature and character) had been superceded with violence after the Fall of Man. 

Project "Manifest the Kingdom" will employ serve to fill the earth with His Nature, His Characteristics through employing Jesus' demonstrative model through various venues of showing forth God's governing inflience in the life of the Believer.  We are to daily seek Him to determine how we may display His Kingdom dwelling on in inside of us. 

He began the initiative by instructing us to perform "7 Random Acts of Kindness" the first week.

"Sound the Alarm" INTERCESSORY PRAYER Initiative

It's Time for the Church to "Wake Up"

 The Lord provided us with an Intercessory Prayer Initiative for this hour which is to begin to put a halt to the demonic agenda that is being pushed through mainstream media.  The Body of Christ has been asleep during major moves by the Kingdom of Darkness.  We allowed abortion to be legalized, we stood back and did nothing as one woman under the influence of a demonic spirit single-handledly had prayer removed from our schools.  The Church is asleep and it's time to Wake Up! 

Everywhere we turn, demons, vampires and all types of occultic activity is being glorified in mainstream media (tv, movies, books, etc.), secretly pushing it's agenda in the earth, even indoctrinating OUR children through these outlets.  Hell hath enlarged herself and we have an obligation to begin to war in the spirit, to put up a defense to slow down the spread of this evil end-time agenda.

God would have the Body to begin to pray strategically and through spiritual warfare to begin to combat the enemy's agenda in an effort to prevent the spread and even cause it to cease.  He unveiled the following prayer campaign:

• Pray for a halt to the spread of the satanic agenda through our mainstream media
• Pray for the deliverance and salvation of Hollywood executives, producers, screenwriters, etc.  Deliverance from the Influence of the "Spirit of Mammon" as well as any other demonic influence which they may be under
• Pray for platforms/provision for the Gospel to be spread through the various media forms.

PROJECT, "LIGHT THE WORLD"

The Hands & Feet of Jesus

Jesus instructed that we were to take care of the less fortunate in society, the widows, the poor, etc.  I John 3:17 says, "But whoso hath this world's good and seeth his brother have need and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?"

In this component of the Salt of the Earth Evangelism Initiative, we are to each laborer is to identify a ministry opportunity in which we may participate as a church body.  Whether it be feeding at a soup kitchen, assisting at a women's shelter, getting involved at a nursing home or senior's community, etc.  We each are to identify how we may become the Hands and Feet of Jesus in the earth.
